Inside, the open-plan kitchen and dining area comfortably seat up to eight guests and open to sweeping sea views.
The villa offers four separate bedrooms, each with private entrance, sea views, satellite TV, quiet air conditioning, and premium Coco-Mat and Media Strom mattresses.
There are five bathrooms, including three en-suite, two with bidet, plus laundry facilities.

NEW! From January 1, 2024, a climate/environmental tax of €15 per day will be levied on guests staying in holiday homes in Greece with a living area of ​​more than 80 m². This tax is payable in cash on site and will be invoiced.

Plus additional costs: pool heating € 100/day, if desired on request.

The rental price includes all utilities, such as:

13–24% VAT, electricity, water, sewage, garbage collection, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV in every bedroom,

– Use and provision of mosquito nets (either for the windows or over the beds), fans,

– Baby/toddler cot, high chair, hairdryer, bed linen, sufficient dish towels, hand and face soap, beach and pool towels,

– Use of washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, laundry detergent tablets and detergent, some spices such as salt and pepper, and our cold-pressed olive oil (which we are happy to provide for you to try).

– Toilet paper for the first few days.

… If you would like more frequent linen changes after one week, this is possible for an additional fee (€100 per cleaning and linen change).

Security Deposit:

We are happy to waive the refundable security deposit, as we assume that you are liable for any damages that may occur. Thank you in advance for treating the villa with care.

To protect the white bed linens provided, we kindly ask our guests not to use colored sunscreen. Thank you!

Unless otherwise agreed, you can check in from 4:00 PM on your arrival day. Check-out should be by 10:00 AM, should be brom clean.
